Veramark Appoints Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Seasoned Professional with 27 Years of Experience to Lead Veramark Sales Organization

Veramark Technologies, Inc. (VERA.OB), a leading provider of communications management solutions, today announced that Michael Suttle has joined Veramark as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Suttle brings a wealth of enterprise sales experience and leadership skills to the Veramark executive team.

Michael has enterprise software industry experience and demonstrated leadership abilities that will help Veramark expand our customer base and increase revenues, said Veramark President and CEO Tony Mazzullo. For 27 years, hes been an agent of positive change for organizations ranging from startups to global enterprises. Hes an excellent leader whos able to impart his vision and motivate others.

Suttles experience includes eleven years in sales for IBM and eight years in sales management at SAP America. He served in a variety of roles at SAP, including Vice President of Sales and Field Operations, Strategic Account Manager, Global Account Director, and Managing Principal. As Vice President of Worldwide Sales at venture (Sequoia and Menlo) backed diCarta, he led profitable sales growth leading to a successful acquisition. As Vice President of Sales at Atlas Commerce and later at Manugistics, he was instrumental in developing the sales organizations and meeting revenue objectives. Earlier in his career, he gained hands-on experience in software development as a systems programmer at USC.

Michael holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Music from Indiana University and a Masters in Physics and Music from Case Western Reserve University. His graduate studies included coursework at UCLA, USC, and IBM/Harvard Business School.
